Few things in life we dedicate more time to than work. I have lived this mantra to the fullest for many years until finally, I burned out.
During my recovery period to Ralph 2.0., I gained valuable insights in who I am and what I value most in my work and career. These new insights ultimately led to a huge turnaround in my life and career. I obtained my coaching degree to support others in making the necessary changes in their lives on a variety of levels.
The last 10 years I have been working for big Corporates like PwC, Philips and NN. Always in an international setting and therefore I`m fully bilingual. My last 3 years at Philips, I worked as `Global Head of Legal Operations` in the Legal department, leading a team of 6.
I have been coaching for many years and in 2018, I started my own coaching practice.
